This position is ideal for a newer agent who wants training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales and follow-up calls Work with buyers and sellers Schedule appointments and show properties Follow up with leads and update the CRM Assist with offers and active transactions

Requirements:

Active Arizona real estate license Comfortable making phone calls Coachable, dependable, and motivated Strong communication and follow-up skills Training, scripts, systems, mentorship, and transaction support are available. This is a commission-based opportunity with earning potential from buyers, listings, referrals, and company-generated opportunities.

Rosewood Realty Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
