Your Responsibilities:

Conduct home tours for pre-qualified buyers (appointments provided) Receive hands-on mentorship from top producers closing 50+ deals annually Handle daily client communications with professionalism and promptness Engage in daily team meetings, utilize proven scripts, and maintain consistent follow-up Provide outstanding service while enhancing your skills, efficiency, and confidence Call and Talk to 20 People a Day using out Connect sheet Answer Zillow Preferred Leads and set Appointments Hold Open Houses on the

Weekends Ideal Candidate Profile:

Licensed Real Estate Agent in Virginia and willing to get DC Passionate about real estate, personal development, and professional success Energetic, client-focused, and able to perform well under pressure Coachable, dependable, and fully committed to a full-time real estate career Driven to build a career that goes beyond just earning a paycheck We offer leads, thorough training, mentorship, and continuous support—you bring dedication and a strong work ethic.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
