Newport and the towns around it draw buyers and sellers year-round, but most local agents are still working the phones cold, hoping the next lead lands on their desk instead of a competitor's. Team ROVI is one of New England's perennial top-producing teams and a chosen Zillow Preferred Partner — trusted to represent Zillow's brand across South County and Newport and to serve their clients at the highest level. We were just cleared for 100 more connections a month, and we're bringing on 5 new agents now. Here's how it really works, and why our agents stay: Once a month, Zillow texts you two questions — how many leads do you want, and which ZIP codes? You answer. As long as you're working the leads you're given, you set your own volume across Newport, Middletown, Narragansett, South Kingstown, and Wakefield. You decide where you build your book.
