We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Leasing Agent who can turn first impressions into lasting resident experiences. What You'll Do As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the face of the community and play a key role in creating a positive experience for both prospective and current residents by: Touring apartment homes and showcasing community amenities Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process from start to finish Preparing move-in paperwork and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Building rapport with residents and delivering exceptional customer service Assisting with resident retention and community marketing efforts Maintaining accurate leasing and applicant records What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year of leasing experience required Section 42 experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Sales, hospitality, customer service, or property management experience Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations or the ability to learn quickly Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a growth mindset Valid driver's license required Weekend availability required Why RBM Management?
