Job Overview We are looking for a capable and energetic Leasing Agent to present and lease apartments at our property. At this community you will work at a fast pace to lease beautiful apartment homes in a very competitive market. In addition to leasing, you will deliver post move in service to meet the ongoing needs of our existing residents. We are looking for a leasing agent who exudes confidence in leasing, resident engagement, event planning, social media, marketing outreach, and customer service. Responsibilities Greeting prospects and tour the community. Strong lead management - must be able to convert leads to leases. Experience with CRM. Process applications, renewals and leasing paperwork in CRM. Maintain accurate guest cards, traffic logs and other reports. Create and conduct fun events for the residents on a regular basis. Deliver top notch service to residents. Support resident retention efforts and handle all resident interactions professionally. Analyze and understand the market. Requirements

• Proven working experience as Leasing Agent
• Working knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing practices
• CRM familiarity
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
