$40,000-$300,000+ per year Earnings are commission-based and vary based on individual production.

Memphis, TN / North Mississippi & surrounding areas

License Required:

Active Tennessee or Mississippi Real Estate License For Tennessee , a new affiliate broker needs 90 total hours before the license can be issued: a 60-hour Basic Principles of Real Estate / Affiliate Broker pre-license course before taking the state exam, plus the 30-hour Course for New Affiliates before applying for the license. For Mississippi , a salesperson applicant needs 60 classroom hours of approved real estate education before taking the licensing exam.
