About The Kupin Group:
The Kupin Group is a residential real estate team at Compass, led by Jacob Kupin and Hayley Levy Kupin. Our guiding principle— "We've Got Your Back" —drives everything we do. We pride ourselves on delivering knowledgeable, responsive, and high-touch service to every client. We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is a licensed realtor who is interested in a team environment rather than an entrepreneurial independent business model and loves the client-focused side of the work.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude. This role requires flexibility, including availability on nights and weekends, when our clients need us most. A real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) is strongly preferred, as the role includes assisting with property showings. This role is not for someone looking to become a solo agent or scale up their own business.
Responsibilities:
Listing Support Coordinate all aspects of listing preparation, including scheduling showings and vendor appointments Assist with staging, design coordination, and property readiness Prepare marketing materials such as tour books and listing collateral Open Houses & Marketing Coordinate, market, and host open houses Assist with pre-event preparation, on-site support, and post-event follow-up Property & Vendor Coordination Provide on-site coverage for inspections and vendor appointments Ensure timely access, oversee quality of work, and communicate updates to the team and clients Buyer Support Schedule and coordinate property showings Guide prospective buyers through homes and provide property insights (if licensed) Communicate with listing agents and follow up with clients Communication & Team Support Maintain consistent communication with Jacob and Hayley Provide timely updates to clients and agents Help ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate, coordination, hospitality, or event planning preferred Real estate license Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Highly responsive, organized, and proactive Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team
Compensation:
$20-35/ hour, 10 hours guaranteed of busy work Bonus program on monthly closings 50/50 on all deals you bring in from your sphere or an open house If any leads are given to you, 50/50 This role will have a 3-month (90-day) trial period
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
