Collect site selection criteria aligned with business objectives (e.g., traffic counts, competition, zoning, visibility, proximity to target markets). Collaborate with internal teams including operations, construction, legal, and finance to assess feasibility and ensure smooth site development. Perform due diligence on potential sites, including zoning, entitlements, environmental assessments, and infrastructure availability. Analyze trade area characteristics using GIS and mapping tools (e.g., ESRI, CoStar, Placer.ai). Monitor real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive activity in priority markets. Prepare and present site packages and recommendation reports to Real Estate Directors. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in real estate data platforms and mapping software. Basic knowledge of Traffic patterns, terms and data Basic Knowledge of Permitting, local government approvals and construction Basic Knowledge of Real Estate terms, data and processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel frequently as needed. This position will be Tuesday through Thursday up to 40 hours. Overnight stay is a possibility.
