713-682-0700 Positions Available Concierge Resident Service Coordinator Leasing Consultant Leasing Manager Assistant Property Manager Property Manager Leasing Agent Responsibilities Interview applicants and residents; verify income and eligibility Complete guest cards for all walk-ins and calls and enter them into the system daily Conduct apartment tours and explain unit features, amenities, pricing, specials, and lease terms Receive work orders, report resident concerns to management, and follow up as needed Inspect units during move-in and move-out Prepare rental applications and required documentation for signatures Ensure all move-in paperwork is complete for manager approval Walk units with new residents at move-in Open and close model units daily, ensuring they are clean and ready to show; report maintenance needs
