The ideal candidate is currently working toward a Texas real estate license or has recently received one. No real estate experience is necessary. You will work directly with an experienced Texas commercial real estate broker who will teach and mentor you in the business. Your primary responsibility will be using ChatGPT, AI tools, internet research and technology to identify potential commercial real estate opportunities, property owners, buyers, investors and prospective clients. What we're looking for: Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools Excellent internet research and computer skills Interest in commercial real estate Self-motivated and willing to learn Texas real estate license or currently pursuing one preferred
Schedule:
Approximately 4 hours per day,
Monday-Friday Location:
Farmers Branch, Texas

$20
•25 per hour For appropriately licensed individuals, there will also be opportunities to earn additional compensation from real estate transactions you generate, subject to applicable licensing requirements. This is not primarily an administrative position. The goal is to use AI and modern technology to find real estate deals and create new business.
