  • As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of the property and one of the biggest reasons prospects choose to call Mosaic home. What You'll Do
  • Welcome prospects and create an unforgettable first impression.
  • Conduct engaging tours of the community, amenities, model apartments, and available homes.
  • Drive occupancy while helping achieve leasing and revenue goals.
  • Follow up quickly, consistently, and personally with every prospect to turn interest into signed leases.
  • Prepare leases and rental agreements accurately using OneSite and other property management systems.
  • Apply Fair Housing guidelines and work confidently with the TAA Lease Contract.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, preferred employers, schools, and community organizations to generate new leads.
  • Support social media, online marketing, reputation management, and digital lead generation efforts.
  • Help coordinate resident events, outreach initiatives, and leasing promotions that make your community stand out.
  • Keep prospect activity and leasing information organized and up to date in the property's CRM system (Knock experience is a plus!).
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, pricing, concessions, and nearby communities.
  • Work closely with your Property Manager, teammates, and corporate support staff to create an outstanding resident experience. We're Looking For Someone Who...
  • Has at least one year of multifamily leasing experience.
  • Loves meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
  • Has strong sales instincts and enjoys overcoming objections.
  • Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to work every day.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can confidently multitask while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communicates professionally both in person and in writing.
  • Is adaptable, dependable, and always willing to jump in wherever needed.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
