Part-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (6 hours/day) (these hours and time are flexible as long as it is between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM) About the Role We're looking for a sharp, dependable Property Coordinator to be the glue of our commercial property management team. This isn't a role where you sit in one lane — you'll place service calls, track work orders, keep tenant and vendor insurance certificates current, help draft contracts, and generally make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're the kind of person who likes solving problems before anyone has to ask, and you take pride in being genuinely useful, this role was built with you in mind. We care as much about how you work as what you get done. We're a tight-knit team, and we're looking for someone who fits our culture as much as our job description — someone proactive, low-drama, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Oh, also, you must love dogs as we do sometimes have one in the office with us!
What You'll Do Service Calls & Work Orders:
Field maintenance and service requests, dispatch the right person, and track every work order from creation to close-out so nothing sits open too long.
Vendor Coordination:
Serve as the point of contact for vendors — scheduling, follow-up, and making sure work gets done on time and to standard.
Insurance Compliance:
Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants and vendors, flag expirations before they become a problem, and follow up to keep everything current.
Contract Support:
Draft and prepare vendor and service contracts, lease-related correspondence, and other documents as needed.
General Support:
Be the go-to "helper" for the property management team — pitching in wherever needed, from tenant communication to administrative tasks to keeping files and systems organized.
Documentation & Records:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across work orders, contracts, and insurance files. What We're Looking For Prior experience in property management, real estate, facilities, or a similarly detail-heavy coordination role (commercial property experience a plus) Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple open items at once Clear, professional written and verbal communication — you'll be talking to tenants, vendors, and team members regularly Comfortable with basic contract language and administrative/legal documents A self-starter who follows through without needing to be reminded A team-first attitude — someone who's easy to work with, communicates proactively, and treats people (tenants, vendors, coworkers) with respect Why This Role Predictable part-time schedule A collaborative, yet low key team environment Real ownership over your piece of the operation, your work directly keeps properties running smoothly If this is you, please feel free to apply!
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Paid time off Application Question(s): What interests you about this role?
