In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and visitors, managing leasing inquiries, property tours, and administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will ensure a seamless leasing experience while supporting the overall operations of our property community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer service excellence with detailed property management responsibilities, contributing directly to the success and growth of our property portfolio. Responsibilities Greet visitors, prospects, and residents warmly, providing exceptional customer service and information about available units and community amenities Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to prospective tenants while addressing their questions confidently Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management tools such ResMan. Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, client communication, and contractual agreements through data entry and filing systems Collaborate with team members on lease negotiations, conflict management, and resolving resident concerns promptly and professionally Support property maintenance coordination by communicating tenant needs effectively and ensuring timely resolution of issues Assist with budgeting tasks related to leasing operations and occupancy goals to optimize revenue streams Skills Proficiency with property management software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone etiquette and client interactions Experience in lease or rental agreement management, contracts negotiation, and conflict resolution Familiarity with real estate administrative procedures including data entry, filing, and record keeping Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced office environment Knowledge of property management tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for facilities oversight Team management skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward upselling amenities or additional services to residents Join us in creating welcoming communities by delivering outstanding service while ensuring operational excellence.
