PRICE REALTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION
is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our beautiful community in Richmond. We are looking for a proactive professional with exceptional sales, negotiation, and administrative skills. You will act as the face of our community, driving sales and building lasting relationships with our residents.
Job Summary:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. This role involves managing leasing processes, fostering positive resident relationships, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Leasing Consultant will play a vital role in maintaining high occupancy rates and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced property management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Showcase our community: Conduct in-person and virtual tours, highlighting property amenities and available units. Close the
Deal:
Follow up promptly with prospective residents (calls, emails, text) to convert leads to leases.
Process Applications:
Efficiently handle lease applications, screenings, and lease signings.
Resident Relations:
Address resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests with excellent customer service.
Marketing:
Assist with community events and social media marketing to boost curb appeal and traffic.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in multifamily leasing, sales, or customer service. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends. Proficiency in RealPage software (OneSite & Knock) Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities Demonstrated sales experience with upselling techniques and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with experience in filing systems and record keeping. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting. Up to $20.00 per hour
