What You'll Do Help buyers and sellers confidently navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, property showings, negotiations, and contract-to-close activities. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication. Generate new business using proven prospecting systems, referrals, marketing strategies, lead generation opportunities, and relationship building. Leverage CRM technology, AI tools, automation, and proven workflows to build a more efficient business. Stay informed on local market trends throughout the Greater Houston area. Participate in coaching, accountability meetings, role-play sessions, and ongoing professional development. Build a referral-based business designed for long-term growth. Compensation This is a commission-based opportunity. Income is performance-based and varies depending on production, experience, market conditions, and individual effort. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
