Job Description W3 Luxury Living is searching for a Leasing Consultant for our luxury multi-family apartment communities. The Leasing Consultant impacts the long-term profitability of the company by ensuring the property maintains occupancy and leasing goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responds to all lease inquiries within two hours, except when received outside of business hours; Schedules appointments and tours prospective tenants; Records all traffic and activities and documents follow-up activities; Accepts and reviews paperwork to ensure it is correct; Maintains current market and neighborhood information; Completes required paperwork on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; Builds positive relationships with members of the community; Follows established procedures for property management processes.

Open to a flexible work schedule, including weekends. Basic computer skills required. Prior experience in rental, service, and multi-family housing preferred. College degree preferred.
