Regional Property Manager Position Summary The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with the daily operations of the property. This position focuses on maintaining high occupancy through effective marketing, resident retention, and outstanding communication with prospective and current residents. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Leasing & Marketing Greet prospective residents and provide professional property tours. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, internet inquiries, and walk-in traffic. Follow up with prospective residents to convert leads into leases. Process rental applications and verify applicant information. Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and community amenities. Assist with resident referral programs and marketing initiatives. Maintain an active presence on social media and online listing platforms as directed. Resident Relations Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Address resident concerns and requests professionally. Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts. Build positive relationships with residents to encourage long-term occupancy. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records. Update property management software with accurate prospect and resident information. Prepare daily leasing reports and traffic reports. Collect application fees, deposits, and rent payments when necessary. Assist with filing, correspondence, and general office duties. Property Presentation Ensure the leasing office, clubhouse, and model units are clean and presentable. Inspect vacant units prior to showing prospects. Report maintenance concerns and follow up to ensure timely completion. Team Support Work closely with the Regional Property Manager and Maintenance Team. Assist with resident events and community activities. Support the team in achieving occupancy, leasing, and resident satisfaction goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred. Strong sales and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to walk the property and climb stairs regularly. Ability to stand for extended periods during tours and resident events. Performance Expectations Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals. Maintain high resident satisfaction. Ensure timely follow-up on all leasing leads. Achieve strong lease renewal percentages. Maintain accurate and complete leasing documentation. Represent the company professionally at all times.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
