Job Summary As the Ameritrue Vacancy Specialist you are directly responsible for all of the vacancies in our company. You would be responsible for the tenant processing. Such as scheduling showings, running applications, doing background checks, and getting leases signed after showings. Ensuring the property is ready for new residents to move in. The most important is direct contact with our customers about their vacant units

Qualifications:

High school diploma/ or GED Clean Background Maintain a professional appearance Positive attitude Customer service skills a must Active real estate license
