Keep Real Estate Transactions Moving From Contract to Closing EmpowerHome Team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Transaction Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every real estate transaction stays organized, compliant, and on schedule from the moment a contract is signed through closing. You'll work closely with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, vendors, and other professionals to keep every detail moving forward. Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing Track deadlines, contingencies, timelines, and key transaction milestones Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors Ensure all transaction documents are complete, accurate, and compliant Prepare, review, and organize contracts and transaction paperwork Support agents throughout the transaction and proactively resolve potential issues Monitor transaction progress and follow up on outstanding items Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date transaction files Help ensure a smooth and positive client experience from contract to closing
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate transaction coordination or a related field. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with precision and attention to detail. Proven track record of effective communication with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction files. Familiarity with real estate compliance requirements and documentation standards. Proficiency in using industry-leading technology and transaction management software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting agents and resolving issues efficiently.
