Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Meet with motivated buyers and sellers Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments Show homes and host open houses Write and negotiate contracts Guide clients through the buying and selling process Follow up using CRM systems and proven workflows Deliver exceptional client service that generates referrals and repeat business Participate in weekly coaching, training, and team meetings

Qualifications:

Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities Decisive and proactive in the sales process Active Virginia Real Estate License required Full-time commitment to real estate sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable and growth-oriented mindset Highly organized with strong follow-through Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology Positive attitude and professional work ethic About Company Why Join EmpowerHome Team?
