Leasing Agent

Job Description:

Looking for someone with Strong leasing skills to work together with our leasing team at a large residential apartment complex. An accomplished candidate embodies the following qualities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational skills, Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment, Previous leasing experience preferred, Confidence in showing and leasing apartments, answering the telephone, calling leads and greeting prospective tenants in the leasing office.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective residents, and maintain a positive and professional attitude, Provide a professional and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community, Maintain consistent resident retention with a focus on renewal of leases and resolution of resident conflicts and problems, Develop a strong rapport with residents, Process applications and lease renewals, and complete all related paperwork accurately and correctly, Proactively manage sales, outreach, and lead generation, converting leads into sales, Work with the maintenance department to ensure apartment turnovers are completed on time, Enforce community rules and regulations. Recognize opportunities for problem resolution and establishing good customer relations, Recognize trends in customer issues and advise management.

Job Requirements Other Qualifications:

Previous apartment industry or fast-paced customer service experience, Previous knowledge of property and lead management software, Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel, Reliable transportation and/or driver's license, Schedule flexibility with weekend hours. #OFFC123
