The Leasing Agent shows and leases apartments to prospective residents, is service oriented and strives to make future and current residents feel welcome and neighborly. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality of standards set for the by TISHCO Properties

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to manage situations in ethical and professional manner A valid driver's license and automobile insurance is required Ability to learn and utilize common office equipment and computer software specific to property management Previous sales and/or marketing, property management experience desired
