Led by Brett B. Thompson, the #ClosingNinja, our team has represented thousands of clients buying, selling, and refinancing real estate. We're growing and seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Post Closer to join our real estate team. The Post Closer plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and completion of residential real estate transactions after closing. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and follow-through, making sure every client's closing ends smoothly. What you'll do Review executed closing packages for completeness and accuracy Handle funding, disbursement, and recording of real estate transactions in accordance with state, lender, and title company requirements Balance funding ledgers and verify that all payoffs, fees, and wire transfers are processed correctly Prepare and submit final title policies, lender packages, and recordable documents to the appropriate city and county offices Track and confirm recording of deeds, deeds of trust, and releases Communicate professionally with lenders, agents, clients, and team members to resolve post-closing issues Maintain organized, compliant files in both paper and digital formats What we're looking for Experience in real estate post-closing, title, or escrow (preferred, but training is available for the right candidate) Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Working knowledge of title and settlement software (Qualia experience is a plus) Clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients and colleagues Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
