Job Description

Summary Join our team as a Transaction Coordinator and help us grow! We seek a highly organized individual who thrives on managing checklists, tracking important deadlines, and maintaining well-ordered files. Our listing and closing systems are already in place, but we need someone eager to take full ownership of this crucial area. If you have a passion for details, checklists, and spreadsheets, this role is perfect for you! Real estate experience desired. Responsibilities Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc. Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.
