Job Description

Description Paul Frank + Collins is seeking an organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support our real estate and corporate practice groups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transactional work, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment. We are willing to train the right full-time candidate and also welcome applications from experienced professionals seeking part-time work. Responsibilities
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence
  • Assist with real estate and corporate transactions, including closings and filings
  • Coordinate signatures, notarizations, recordings, and document execution
  • Maintain legal files and track deadlines and transaction timelines
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties
  • Support billing, intake, and other administrative functions as needed Qualifications
  • Legal administrative, legal assistant, or related experience preferred
  • Real estate, corporate, or other transactional experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines This is an in-person position in our downtown Burlington office with free parking. PF+C offers the resources and sophistication of a larger firm while maintaining a friendly culture and commitment to work-life balance. Compensation
Full-time:
35-40 hours per week
  • Salary range: $50,000-$70,000+, depending on experience
