We are looking for dependable independent contractors to support estate sales, online auctions, and estate liquidation projects. Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Friendly and professional Customer-focused Self-motivated Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and dependable Calm under pressure Comfortable managing multiple tasks Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others Willing to take initiative and help identify what needs to be done What You'll Do Depending on the project, responsibilities may include: Identifying, sorting, grouping, and organizing estate contents Researching and identifying household items, collectibles, furniture, décor, and other estate property Photographing items for online auctions Reviewing item descriptions for accuracy and completeness Assisting with organizing, displaying, and pricing items for estate sales Preparing merchandise and estate spaces for sale Assisting customers during estate sale events Maintaining organized and presentable work areas Helping with project setup, sale-day activities, and post-sale organization Handling estate property carefully and professionally

Contractor Opportunity Compensation:

Starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience and the type of project

Schedule:

Project-based opportunities will include weekdays and weekends

Workload:

Hours vary based on available estate sale and auction projects and are not guaranteed Contractors may have opportunities to accept projects based on their availability Requirements Reliable transportation Dependable attendance for projects you agree to accept Ability to work in a variety of residential environments Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working both independently and alongside others Ability to handle physical tasks associated with estate sale preparation Background check required Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is helpful, although not required: Estate sales or estate liquidation Resale, antiques, collectibles, or consignment Photography Online auctions or e-commerce listings Organizing and decluttering Retail or customer service Pricing or researching household goods About Eastside Estate Liquidation Co.
