Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced Escrow Officers / Closing Agents to join a growing title insurance team. The ideal candidates will have a background in title, lending, or real estate and strong customer service skills to guide buyers and sellers through the closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage real estate closing files from preparation through completion. Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers. Review and maintain accurate closing documents and transaction records. Communicate professionally with all parties involved in the closing process. Guide buyers and sellers through closing procedures and requirements. Ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Title, Lending, Real Estate, Escrow, or Closing required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines. Professional, outgoing, and team-oriented personality. Ability to work on-site in Appleton, WI.
