Full-Time Position Summary Axiom Properties is seeking a Spanish-English Apartment Leasing Specialist to support leasing operations within a residential apartment community in the Madison area. This position is responsible for managing apartment tours, qualifying prospective residents, processing lease applications, supporting occupancy goals, and assisting with resident retention initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working in multifamily housing, apartment leasing, residential property management, or a related industry and can professionally communicate with both English

•and Spanish-speaking prospects and residents. Essential Responsibilities Conduct apartment and community tours for prospective residents Explain lease terms, rental qualifications, community policies, and amenity offerings Manage leasing leads from phone, internet, walk-in, and referral sources Complete application processing and lease documentation accurately Maintain prospect traffic records and leasing activity within property management systems Follow up with prospective residents to support occupancy goals Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and community policies Coordinate move-in preparation and resident onboarding activities Collaborate with community management to meet leasing and occupancy objectives Required Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish Working knowledge of residential leasing practices and multifamily operations preferred Experience managing apartment prospect traffic, lead follow-up, and closing leases preferred Ability to maintain accurate records in property management software platforms Understanding of Fair Housing compliance standards Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as business needs require High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation $18
