$18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and role We are seeking a dependable, professional, and people-focused Property Manager or Leasing Professional to join our apartment community in Neenah, Wisconsin. About the Role The Property Manager will oversee the community's daily operations while creating a welcoming, positive experience for residents. This role combines customer service, leasing, office administration, compliance, organization, and problem-solving. You will work closely with residents, prospective residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and company leadership to keep the community running efficiently and well maintained. Responsibilities Welcome prospective and current residents with a professional and helpful attitude Conduct property tours and explain available apartments, amenities, policies, and lease terms Process rental applications, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident documentation Maintain accurate files, records, reports, and compliance paperwork Support Tax Credit/LIHTC compliance and affordable housing program requirements Follow up with prospects and help maintain strong occupancy Respond to resident questions, requests, and concerns in a timely manner Assist with rent collection, account follow-up, and resident communication Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to address property needs Conduct property inspections and help ensure the community is clean, safe, and welcoming Assist with marketing, resident retention, reporting, and community outreach Enforce lease requirements and community policies fairly and consistently Provide general administrative and office support as needed Help create a positive living experience for residents Ideal Qualifications Previous experience in property management, leasing, affordable housing, or residential services preferred Tax Credit/LIHTC experience is a strong plus Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or Leasing Consultant experience preferred Related experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, office administration, banking, healthcare administration, or a similar field will also be considered Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information Basic computer skills and willingness to learn property management software Previous supervisory or leadership experience is helpful, but not required Why This Opportunity May Be a Good Fit Has worked in Tax Credit/LIHTC housing Enjoys helping people and building professional relationships Has strong sales, customer service, or office coordination skills Is organized and comfortable handling paperwork and deadlines Wants a stable Monday-Friday schedule Is interested in developing a long-term career in property management We value a positive attitude, reliability, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.
