Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner. Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood insights. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, property listings, and community developments. Assist clients with scheduling appointments and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless showing experience. Collaborate closely with real estate agents and team members to support client needs and transaction processes. Ensure all property showings comply with company policies and safety protocols. Document and report client feedback and observations to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
