Job Description
Lopez's Events & Rentals is an event rental and production company serving Los Angeles area. We specialize in event rentals, backyard weddings, backyard events, and private celebrations of all sizes. We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our rental operations. No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and process online rental orders Call clients to confirm details and answer questions Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Assist with scheduling and basic order coordination Post rental promotions or packages on Instagram (simple posts/stories) Support general office organization
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills Friendly and professional phone presence Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems Basic familiarity with Instagram Reliable and punctual
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
Pay:
$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
