In this role, you'll combine your expertise in interior design, technical drawing skills, and understanding of current design trends to craft personalized, functional, and elegant spaces. You'll work closely with customers, valuing their feedback to refine designs and exceed expectations, all while fostering clear and collaborative communication with our team. If you have a background in closet and storage design, providing outstanding customer service and are ready to channel your talent into creating inspiring, bespoke designs, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Bring your expertise to the table with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a closet design consultant. Collaborate with clients to evaluate their needs, offering tailored product and service recommendations informed by your knowledge and consultation with design professionals. Transform client ideas and rough sketches into polished, compelling presentation materials that inspire and align with their vision. Demonstrates the ability to cultivate new client relationships through thoughtful networking, community engagement, and strategic business development efforts. Partner closely with the installation team to ensure every detail of the design plan is executed seamlessly, delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Job Type:
Full-time Compensation:
Competitive pay, based on performance and client engagements.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends based on client needs and project timelines.
Work Location:
Primarily remote, with in-person client visits. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with CAD system for layout design Experience with business development Ability to negotiate and manage accounts effectively Experience in high-end sales, business development and outside sales preferred

$50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
