What You'll Do Managing leasing documentation Maintaining HUD compliance Handling resident records Processing payments Acting on behalf of the Site Manager when needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 1 - 3 years of experience with HUD rules and regulations. Certified Occupancy Specialist Certificate preferred. Must obtain a leasing agent license. An equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
