Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Material Handling and Construction Equipment Rental Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their rental needs and providing exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales, foster customer loyalty, and ensure a seamless rental experience. Duties Promote and sell rental products and services through active outside sales efforts Manage inventory control and maintenance of rental equipment, ensuring availability and proper organization Explain rental terms clearly to customers, utilizing strong communication skills Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry tools to maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and inventory logs Negotiate rental agreements effectively while upholding company policies and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with marketing initiatives by engaging in promotional activities and outreach efforts to attract new clients Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or sales management with a focus on customer service excellence Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and administrative tasks efficiently Excellent public speaking, communication skills, and phone etiquette for engaging with clients professionally Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and basic retail math for accurate record-keeping and calculations Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining positive customer relationships Previous experience in inventory management, maintenance, or retail environments is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills combined with proactive problem-solving abilities Join us as a Rental Sales Representative where your enthusiasm fuels success!
