What You'll Do Welcome customers with friendly, professional service Manage vehicle rental reservations and rental agreements Explain rental policies and answer customer questions Process payments, invoices, and rental documentation Inspect rental vehicles before and after each rental Coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs Maintain accurate records using dealership software Work closely with the service department to ensure vehicle availability Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Customer service, hospitality, retail, rental car, or automotive experience preferred Vehicle rental experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED preferred Must pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check Why Join Rich Ford?
