• Rental Operations (Management Trainee) , you'll support day-to-day branch operations, deliver front-line customer service, and learn the basics of rental operations, fleet management, vendor coordination, and account support .

This is an entry-level role with a clear path to Operations Manager or Outside Sales within 1-3 years .

• Rental Operations Serve transportation and logistics customers, explaining trailer rental and leasing options Use hand-held devices to inspect trailers, document damage, and track equipment Support rental operations: inventories, equipment management, and branch tasks Help manage customer accounts, including credit, collections, and insurance verification Assign and coordinate repair work with vendors and XTRA Lease mechanics Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person to resolve issues Occasionally travel (paid) to other branches or HQ for orientation and training

Qualifications:

• Rental Operations Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; or 4+ years relevant customer-facing experience 1-2 years of customer service , sales , or business development experience Willing to relocate out-of-state to another XTRA Lease branch upon promotion Authorized to work in the U.

S. without current or future sponsorship Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills, including complaint resolution Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to train others over time

Compensation & Benefits:

Customer Service Representative

• Rental Operations Base salary: $42,000
• 45,000 per year, hourly with overtime eligibility Other potential compensation: commissions, referral bonuses, relocation assistance, tuition reimbursement (up to $7,000/year ) Benefits (full-time): Medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, pre-paid legal, and health/dependent care FSA (coverage begins day 1) 401(k) with company match 13 days PTO , sick leave, and 12 paid holidays per year
