Responsibilities Process rental applications and lease agreements Conduct tours of storage units Answer phone calls and inquiries from prospective tenants Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information Assist with marketing and promotional efforts Perform facility maintenance duties (Sweeping out Units and maintaining the facility grounds) Availability on weekends Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

25-30 hours a week 7 day a week availability

From $20.00 per hour
