Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on vehicle options tailored to their needs Process rental agreements efficiently using Rent Centric and data entry systems Conduct inventory management and control to ensure vehicle availability and proper maintenance scheduling Assist customers with vehicle operation instructions, including standard passenger car handling and safety procedures Manage phone communication with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and vehicle condition reports through organized documentation Support sales efforts through retail sales techniques, upselling additional services or vehicle upgrades Collaborate with team members on inventory control, maintenance schedules, and administrative tasks to optimize operations Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or automotive rental industry preferred but not mandatory Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and inventory management Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and bilingual abilities (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus)

• Proficiency in computer skills Ability to operate standard passenger vehicles safely and confidently (standard passenger car operation) Experience in outside sales or sales management is advantageous for promoting rental services effectively
