This position combines customer service, rental transactions, and sales . We're looking for someone who can create a great customer experience while helping customers understand their rental options and recommending products and services that fit their needs. Job Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers with reservations and rental agreements Complete vehicle check-outs and returns Use computer systems to accurately process rental transactions Answer customer questions regarding reservations and rentals Explain vehicle options, upgrades, and available rental products Offer additional products and services based on customer needs Process payments and rental documentation accurately Help resolve customer questions or concerns professionally Communicate with the vehicle preparation team regarding vehicle status and availability Maintain an organized and professional rental counter Provide fast, friendly service during busy rental periods What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers Sales-minded, motivated, and goal-oriented Basic computer skills Dependable and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude Strong communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations Valid driver's license Previous rental car, hotel, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable recommending products and working toward sales goals.
