Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless devices, plans, and accessories tailored to their needs Conduct engaging product demos to showcase device features and benefits Provide expert advice on retail store products, including phones, accessories, and related services Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage cash register operations Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory counts Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or in person Assist with cash handling duties including cashiering, balancing cash drawers, and processing retail transactions Ensure compliance with retail store policies on cash drawer handling and security procedures Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, fostering loyalty Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and another language to effectively communicate with diverse customers Previous retail sales experience preferred; grocery store experience is a plus for familiarity with fast-paced environments Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Demonstrated cashiering skills including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing payments accurately Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and inventory management Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales transactions and inventory counts Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication over the phone or via digital channels Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others find the right solutions Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering top-tier service while growing your skills in a vibrant retail environment!
