Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fish Processor/Retail Sales Associate to join our vibrant seafood production team. In this role, you will help with the daily operations of fish processing, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your culinary skills and attention to detail will make a real impact. Duties Lead and coordinate the fish processing team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to food safety standards Oversee fish cleaning processes, including cleaning, filleting, portioning, and packaging of fish products Maintain strict food handling protocols to ensure hygiene and safety compliance at all times Train team members on knife skills, meat cutting techniques, and proper food industry practices Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages Ensure all products are prepared efficiently while maintaining high quality standards for customer satisfaction Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular inspections to uphold workplace safety and cleanliness standards Qualifications Proven experience in food production or food preparation within the seafood. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices Demonstrated culinary experience with knife skills and meat cutting techniques Prior experience in a leadership role within a kitchen or food processing environment preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication skills to effectively lead and train team members Familiarity with packaging processes and customer service principles in a food industry setting Join us as a Lead Fish Processor and become part of a passionate team committed to excellence!
