Job Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Ice Cream and Candy Store team! If you enjoy working with people, have a friendly personality, and love creating a fun experience for customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We're a team-oriented company that values flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing excellent service. Operate the cash register, process payments, and make accurate change. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Restock merchandise and assist with attractive product displays. Prepare and serve ice cream and candy products according to company standards. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Communicate customer requests or issues to management. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred. Strong math and communication skills. Friendly, positive, and dependable attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available for flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
