Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic associates to join our retail team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and assisting customers with product selections. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience with POS systems, and a passion for retail sales. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus. Responsibilities Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and professionalism Upsell products and promote store specials to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Assist in inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to enhance their shopping experience Follow phone etiquette standards when handling inquiries or customer calls Support other store functions such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a welcoming environment Experience Must be fluent in English Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for cash handling and transactions Experience supervising or leading a team is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued Ability to perform upselling techniques and product demonstrations effectively Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales strategies is beneficial Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic retail environment while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.
