Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales associate to join our team. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising and stocking practices. Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone. Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking/remerchandising Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and contribute to inventory management decisions. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele and associatea. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential. Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and stocking practices Must have open ability.
