BPW is hiring someone to work behind the counter at our retail gun shop in Trussville. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, enjoys helping customers, and preferably knows a little about firearms. You don't need to be a gun expert. We're happy to train someone who has a good attitude and is willing to learn. What you'll be doing Greet customers and help them find what they're looking for. Answer questions about guns, ammunition, and accessories. Handle purchases and operate the register. Help with firearm paperwork and background checks after training. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and keep the store clean. Help out with other daily tasks around the shop. What we're looking for Friendly and comfortable talking to customers. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work. Basic firearms knowledge preferred. Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using a computer. Able to follow instructions, firearm safety procedures, and applicable laws. Schedule Our retail store is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.
