Experience:

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a grocery store or similar environment. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to accurately process transactions. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and customer service best practices.
