Job Description
Beehive Associate Group Living Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Beehive Associate to support daily operations at the Beehive Store while working alongside adults with developmental disabilities in a positive, community-focused environment.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalentQualifications:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Strong supervision skills and ability to follow instruction Ability to work effectively with adults with developmental disabilities Excellent customer service skills Ability to create attractive merchandise, window, and storefront displays Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Must be available for weekend and closing shifts as scheduled Valid Arkansas driver's license with a good driving recordJob Summary:
The Beehive Associate assists clients in operating the Beehive Store while helping with store functions independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include customer service, cash register operation, sorting and pricing donations, maintaining store appearance, supervising clients, and supporting daily retail operations.Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate cash register and provide excellent customer service Train, supervise, and assist clients in customer service, merchandising, and store tasks Sort, clean, repair, tag, price, organize, and store donated items Create and maintain attractive merchandise displays, including storefront windows Post store items for sale on social media as directed Maintain a clean, safe sales floor and promptly address hazards Ensure all safety procedures are followed Provide one-on-one client support as needed Maintain assigned client records and data Assist with pickups and deliveries when needed Support a positive, professional team environment Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager Why Join Group Living Inc.?
