Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Demonstrate jewelry pieces through engaging product demos to highlight features and craftsmanship Assist customers in selecting jewelry that fits their style and needs, upselling when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices Conduct product demos and educate customers on jewelry care, features, and benefits Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, restocking shelves, and participating in merchandise organization Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Requirements Prior retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury accessories, with supervising experience a plus but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to boost sales performance Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts Previous experience in grocery stores or other retail environments is beneficial but not required Join us to turn your passion for jewelry into a rewarding career where every day offers new opportunities to inspire customers!
