This position consists of but not limited to working with others in the parts department, pulling a wide variety of parts for customer orders, helping with inventory control/management and assisting the service department with anything they may need when techs are out in the field.

Responsibilities required:

Manage customer communication via incoming calls and emails. Accurately provide customers with quotes and requested information. Fulfill and process customer parts orders as they come in. Maintain accurate records of open/outstanding customer orders. Maintain order reference guidelines and proceedures. Ensure all customer orders are shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. Provide shipping and receiving with all pertinent information for accurate order delivery. Maintain knowledge on cost building for components, current pricing and estimated lead times. Knowledge & experience required: General understanding of common order taking. General knowledge of basic parts (bolts, nuts, valves, etc.). Basic computer skills.
