Boutique Sales Associate Responsibilities 1. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. 2. Promptly resolves customer complaints and ensures maximum client satisfaction. 3. Stays up to date with merchandise knowledge and fashion trends. 4. Greets customers and responds to questions with excellent customer service. 5. Operates cash registers, manages financial transactions, and balances drawers. 6. Assists in the maintenance of the back stock room, merchandise handling, inventory control and displays on the sale floor. All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of our team, and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.

Qualifications:

1. We are looking for team members with an A+ level across all major categories: sales, responsibility, and most importantly, results. 2. Retail sales experience is required. 3. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 4. Punctuality with an A+ customer service-oriented attitude is a must. 5. Strong Computer and Social Media Skills are required.

Pay Rate:

Depends on experience. That said, for star performers, opportunities for potentially higher pay exist.
